Thanks to their particular granulometry, Zircal bubbling diffusers have a unique characteristic: they create a huge quantity of micro-bubbles that reach the surface very slowly.
They form a large gas barrier against which small inclusions kept in the steel go crashing.
In this way inclusions start an upwards movement ending trapped inside the powders on surface.<\/div>\n

Bubbling diffusers action allows an increase in the residence time of the molten metal in tundish and makes the steel temperature homogeneous.<\/strong><\/div>\n
